Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions: The nature of InsideOut - Body Therapy, as a business, is providing a mobile service; it is required by the therapist to set aside travel time, both before and after an appointment and in advance, thus relying on the guarantee of your booking and the possibility of an appointment not being replaced on short notice, therefore, 50% deposit is required up front before the treatment commences, with proof of payment sent to "natalie@insideoutbodytherapy.com" using the allocated reference. The balance due at the appointment as arranged. 1) Bookings: Bookings can be made with a minimum of 3 hours’ notice, depending on availability of the therapist. Bookings are made during the business hours set by InsideOut - Body Therapy. If you require an appointment set at a time other than those stipulated, you will be required to pay an additional 'after hours' fee of R100 for week nights and R200 for Sundays, payable upfront and in full. 2) Travel: A travel fee is payable for all appointments and allocated according to the distance from the InsideOut - Body Therapy office. A set amount of R100 is payable for the first 20km, thereafter R5/km will be charged. The travel fee is payable in advance. 3) Vouchers/ Packages: Vouchers purchased are payable upfront and are valid for 6 months from the day of purchase (unless otherwise stipulated). Packages purchased are payable upfront for the full package and are valid for 6 months -1 year from the day of purchase (depending on the package). If the full voucher/ package has not been used in the allocated time, this is seen as a forfeit of the remaining treatments, unless an additional voucher/ package is purchased and the remaining treatments can be added to the new package, however the same terms apply as per the validity of vouchers/ packages. Packages can be shared with t&c's applied and treatments must be done at the same location). 4) Conditions of the work environment: Client is required to provide a space/ environment to allow the therapist to set up the work station with enough space to move, without disruption and with enough supply of the necessary amenities (eg. water and lighting). If at any point the therapist does not feel safe or comfortable in the environment provided, she will cancel the appointment with immediate effect and the client will forfeit the fee paid. Safety is of utmost importance! The client should always ensure that conditions are thus safe and favourable for the therapist at all times. Under NO circumstances does InsideOut - Body Therapy accept any request for additional services to be performed that are not listed on the current services list. We DO NOT perform any erotic, sexual or fantasy services! 5) Cancellations/ Postponements: 1st Postponement notice must be given 6 hours before the appointment commences. A 2nd postponement for the same appointment will require 12 hrs notice and the forfeit of 50% of the fee paid/ due, thereafter a cancellation and full forfeit of fees paid/ due. Cancellation notice must be given a minimum of 24 hours before the appointment. Failing to provide sufficient cancellation notice, the amount paid will be forfeited/ payable in full. If sufficient cancellation notice is given, the client will have the option to reschedule, if not then the full amount will be refunded within 3 working days. If, for any reason, the therapist arrives at the designated venue and the client is not there, the therapist will contact the client then wait 15 minutes. If the client does not arrive, it will be considered a cancellation (see above). If the client arrives, the therapist will use their own discretion to continue with the time allocated for that appointment or complete the full treatment in extra time, taking into consideration getting to an appointment that may be booked after. If the therapist cancels or does not arrive at the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will have the option to reschedule at a time convenient to them and according to availability of the therapist. If no time can be agreed upon by both parties, then the full amount paid will be refunded to the client within 3 working days. **) Please note that each situation is treated as individual and because "life happens", each cancellation and postponement will be evaluated** A minimum 50% deposit payment confirms the booking (with balance due on the day of the appointment) and thus will be seen as acceptance of the above Terms and Conditions.
